I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Economy orders ship within 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

Standard orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

Express orders ship the same day (if the order placed before 2p.m.(EST). If you placed express order after 2pm (EST), your order will ship next day.

Domestic (USA only) UPS USPS FEDEX

- Economy (5-8 business days) - 5.99$

- Standard (3-5 business days) - 9.99$

- Express (1-2 business days) -17.99$ 

International: Standard shipping DHL UPS or USPS

Price depends on weight and the country. You will see the automatic calculation at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot adjust or cancel the order. Our warehouse processes the orders immediately. Please contact us immediately ( within 1h) if you need to cancel your order via email admin@undressed.boutique. We will do our best, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to make any changes.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you auto filled in an incorrect address, please contact us immediately via email at admin@undressed.boutique.If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
