Shipping policy

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping (3-4 business days): $9.99 

  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $17.99

  • Overnight Shipping (Next day shipping): $47.65

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100

We also offer local pick up in New York (same day or next day pick up). All pick up requests should be sent to our email : admin@undressed.boutique

Processing Times:

  • Standard Orders: Process and ship within 1-2 business day.

  • Express Orders: Process and ship the same day if the order is placed before 2 PM (EST). Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) will be shipped the next day.

  • Overnight Orders: Process and ship the same day if the order is placed before 2 PM EST. You will receive your order the next day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the next morning.

Note: During the holiday season (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, etc.), there may be delays in Economy and Standard shipping by 2-3 business days.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • If you do not receive your order, please contact us at admin@undressed.boutique.

International Shipping

Shipping Methods:

  • International Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL, UPS, or USPS.

  • Price depends on weight and destination. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Customs and Duties:

  • Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country for delivery.

  • We ship your order with taxes unpaid, so you may incur additional charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid for your package to clear customs.

  • No refunds will be given on packages that are unclaimed due to unpaid VAT or customs duties.

Important Notes:

  • DHL Express Shipping: Duties and taxes are subject to being collected at the time of delivery by your carrier.

  • Returned Packages: Packages that are not picked up, not signed for, or returned due to an invalid address will incur a restocking fee equal to the return shipping cost. A store credit will be issued minus any costs associated with the return.

    • To reship a package, you will be charged a shipping fee again, even if your original order qualifies for free shipping.

No refund will be given on packages that are seized at customs, not delivered due to incorrect address, or not delivered due to unpaid taxes.
